TWF Touch Team- Summer Comp- Anyone Interested?

oh yay soft drinks.

same palce every time.
its usually a rugby club. who just splits a couple of fields for a social comp.
mainly so they can sell booze really.
but a local touch comp is a really friendly atmosphere. everyone is there to have a good time. its not overly compeditive.
there is usually a BBQ going as well. and underage kids can get soft drinks and such.

Dude you should come to my Monday night one, competitive and a few punch ups last year.

Although to make a fire you need two teams of wood.

Too far North for you Jono. Takes the fun out of it anyway, we play grade rugby all year and you don't ever see some of these blokes, then come October they show up with their ponytails and tattoos and play like there's money on it. "Mate if you want to fight then come and play grade rugby during the year, this is a Summer fitness thing"

When mixed teams are playing fights never happen, it is purely a male thing, unless some of the girls have experienced different.

By central- I mean close-ish to the CBD- I would probably be looking at including Rosalie or Baysies in that, so no, by central, I didn't mean centred on Rockingham

bayswater is a bit far for me at the moment though.
although i am looking to move out. so you never know.

How was the Mungo game in the swinging pig Jono?

wasnt in the pig. was at lark hill.
reds went down 18-24.
they gave the ball up whenever they got it near their try line.

Count me in. Over summer any night but thursday is good and I'd prefer south unless someone is offering to pay petrol bills?
